Readers have written into the blog asking who was sent excrement by the Earls Court Village Residents' Association committee member.  Although the blog will not disclose publicly the recipients of these disgusting acts, all we will say is that one recipient was a lady in Childs Street, SW5.  She received her disgusting package, placed inside a Fortnum & Mason's bag, and sent from Mail Boxes Etc, 235 Earls Court Road, SW5.

Another recipient was a household where the patriarch is a member of the House of Lords.  He served in the governments of Harold Wilson, James Callaghan, and later Tony Blair.  In this instance, the excrement was placed inside a plastic document wallet and hand delivered, anonymously.  What is ironic is that this peer and his household believe they are friends of the ECVRA committee member who sent this excrement.

Although the then acting Chair and committee members of ECVRA were sent full details of the disgusting acts of a fellow committee member, there was no public condemnation of his acts and neither have they reported his illegal actions to the police.  Instead, this member is supported by the ECVRA and he in turn, is supporting them in various duties.

This turning a blind eye to the outrageous antisocial and criminal acts of one of its members really does underline the complete lack of crediblity of this organisation, and its need to clean up its own act first before seeking to speak on behalf of local residents and calling for improved standards in the neighbourhood.

Further to her email of 26 October 2009, the The Earls Court Village Residents' Association's (ECVRA) answer to Sarah Paddy Jones, salsa dancing old spinster Hazel O'Hare (then Co-Secretary of ECVRA, and now current Chair), was slapped down by its then Chair, Gay Wilson, for suggesting that residents gang up and write a letter to a certain ECVRA resident:  see http://barryphelps.posterous.com/ecvras-new-chair-a-bully. 

In response to what this blog considers Hazel O'Hare's bullying attitude, Gay Wilson responded by stating on 26 October 2009:

"My initial response is that I hope we are an inclusive village/community and none of us think it a good idea to get our neighbours to sign letters or say that public opinion is against one of us."

As a by-note to this post, the complainant to ECVRA, [ccc] (please refer to http://barryphelps.posterous.com/ecvras-new-chair-a-bully) had originally suggested to another ECVRA committee member that she [ccc] wanted to park her car on [ddd's] land.

The blog was forwarded an email written by the now current chair of the "Earls Court Village Residents' Association" (ECVRA), Hazel O'Hare (details here:  http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/az/az.aspx?searchletter=E&orgid=10310), concerning what a woman [ddd] had lawfully placed on her property, following a complaint by [ddd's] neighbour [ccc].  The blog is disgusted that ECVRA should consider that it has jurisdiction and a remit to determine what individuals can lawfully do with their property.  Hazel O'Hare's email is reproduced below:

I spoke to [ccc] last Friday, and we agreed we would see what [ddd] does. It sounds like she is finally going to do something, so let's wait until [ccc] is back and see whether the problem is solved. If nothing happens, one thought is to have everyone in the street sign a letter, just to show how everyone feels about this, but [ddd] must know already that public opinion is against her, so I doubt this would help much.

What is most disturbing about Hazel O'Hare's email is that it comes across as typical nasty playground bullying - suggesting that a group of individuals gang up to coerce the behaviour of a single individual peacefully enjoying their property.

We at the blog note that the ECVRA, which is deeply mired by its connections with the Barry Phelps' email scandal (see here:  http://barryphelps.posterous.com/why-this-blog-17 and here: http://barryphelps.posterous.com/kensington-and-chelsea-chronicle)  and the outrageous anti-social actions of some of its committee members, is less concerned with cleaning up its own act and instead contemplated engaging in petty bullying of a resident in its catchment area on a matter over which it had no jurisdiction at all.

While the blog is not personally acquainted with the new chair of the ECVRA, we can only consider that as an old spinster, Ms O'Hare has a lot of time on her hands to meddle in other people's business.  Is this the reason she was referred to as "phalanges" [nb:  usually spelt as flanges, and see here for definition:  http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=flange&defid=1809210] by two ECVRA committee members?

The blog has learnt that the individual who raised concerns over the Phelps' emails that were sent, inter alia, to ex-councillor Mark Daley, Gay Wilson of the "Earls Court Village Residents' Association" (ECVRA) and another member (xxx) of ECVRA, has been criticised by another member of ECVRA as not being "nice" to xxx.  Let us remind ourselves that xxx was a recipient of the Phelps' emails, as well as the sender of dog "merde" to at least two households.

DOES THE ECVRA NOT HAVE ANY SHAME?  Instead of being concerned about images that are abusive towards children, or that possible crimes might have been committed, it appears that ECVRA is more concerned that individuals should be "nice" to perverts they are friendly towards.

Did ECVRA refer either of the two matters to the police?  No it did not - all it was concerned about was hushing the matter up which they were knee deep in!

Andrew Lamont of Swanscombe Road, Notting Hill, a former nursery school governor and Conservative Councillor for Norland ward, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) has been found guilty on four counts of downloading indecent images of children and four counts of possessing extreme pornography involving animals at Isleworth Crown Court.  Although Lamont pleaded not guilty, he was sentenced to an unduly lenient sentence of 6 months in custody, suspended for 18 months, and fined £20,000.  Lamont was also ordered to pay £5,270 towards costs and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders' Register for 10 years.

Since the Barry Phelps scandal errupted in the summer of 2010, this blog has been asked repeatedly why Gay Wilson of the "Earls Court Village Residents' Association" (ECVRA) spoke out in support of ex-councillor Barry Phelps.  Gay Wilson, as the Chair and spokesperson of the "Earls Court Village Residents' Association" said in an article published on 6 July 2010 in the Kensington and Chelsea Chronicle of Barry Phelps:  "I hope that he will get reinstated. What dope smoking Gay Wilson omitted to state was that she had personally received Barry Phelps' perverted and sexually driven images of youths for several years, and had failed to raise any complaint over them.

Gay Wilson was an individual, who in private, had no moral compass.  Outwardly, she was a beacon of the local community, but in private she was a dope smoking individual who had no problem with perverted images of young boys, and whose duplicity over her fellow ECVRA committee members knew no bounds.  For example, she would breach confidences, disclose private medical details, knew about possible crimes being committed by a certain ECVRA committee member, inter alia, the sending of dog filth to local residents but raised no objections, and would denigrate members of the "Earls Court Village Residents' Association".  She repeatedly stated that she wanted to tell one lady in Child's Street, SW5, who approached her in her role as Chair of the ECVRA, who had a problem with Addie's Thai Cafe, that she wanted to tell her to "f*** o**".  She also described a one time treasurer of ECVRA, who gave up his free time, as a "w**k**".  Gay Wilson was an individual who had a crude mouth and was devoid of any scruples or ethics, and acted without compunction.
